Description
Original Burnside Carbine barrel & receiver #7079 with original front sight. All threads are in excellent condition. Barrel has a P proof mark. Markings of Burnside Patent Model of 1864 are clear. Receiver and barrel have a very attractive smooth blue & brown patina. The bore has deep rifling with a mix of light & medium pitting. This in very good overall condition.
